I once received a gift with extreme angles,
parts of which were hung with shiny bangles.
I managed to 'unwrap it' without any wrangles,
but she cried out: "I'm protected by many angels! "
My birthday gift, at least, was not a complete disaster,
as she cooked meals for me, ....whatever I'd ask her.
And she made my bed, though not 'sleep' in it ever.
I never saw one angel; maybe she was just clever.

As I replied your mail and said I repeat here too that these are of your poems too mysterious and complex for me as I don't know what you are talking about. May be it is about some fantasy woman in your life and you shared the poem with us is all I can make of this poem. As a poem it is a sublime intrigue. So kudos.

If a lovely little sweet fruit comes your way, The best thing is to enjoy, Not ask who sent it, and why, say, And what for, Oh the whole fun to destroy. And that is what I did, And lo, enjoyed, indeed.
