0 - 20,000 = 0 percent (poverty)
20,000 - 30,000 2.5%
30,000 - 40,000 5%
40,000 - 50,000 7.5%
50,000 up to - 10 %
250,000 up - 12.5%
take the load off of the poor,
and put it where it belongs!
no loopholes!
make adjustments for single payers,
and families of different sizes!
