Fifty And A Score

Rating: 5.0

A new-fifty neophyte
ascended.
A new-fifty palaeo
wouldn't do.
As new-fifty
he was fifty and a score;
too old to scour
his back-biting ways.

As boring as trolls,
he dropped in the polls,
and dropped further
as he bit back more.

Nice thing for a president and scarey too. Still it was a protest vote? That's scarey too.
