Fire Poem by Austin Alfano

Fire

Fire has helped man survived,
since our beginning.
Thank God we are not deprived,
Though how we found it leaves our heads spinning.

It is a great creation,
a survival tool.
Man's great salvation,
deadly in the hands of a fool.

Fire can destroy the world,
as well as save it.
It comes in hot curls.
Destructive, legit.

It's opposite intentions,
attract opposite men.
between them no intervention,
It will burn a town by the count of ten.
