For every stone
thrown at me
I collected them and
painted them
each
colorfully
some red
some yellow
some green
some blue
some indigo
some violet
then carry them
in my backpack
hike to a
waterfall
and right next to it
I lay the stones in a pile
and seconds later…
a rainbow burst out
of the pile
pulling its arc
across the waterfall
as I stand there
in awe
with joyful tears
streaking down
my cheeks
I love the enthusiasm and the optimism in this great work.
Great idea.Happy to know that you could build some thing useful from the stones thrown at you.

Let me quote from this lovely poem-For every stone thrown at me I collected them and painted them each colorfully
Wow---What a beautiful poem! You create every stone hurled at you into beautiful colour! Without brooding over the hurts you engage in wonderful creation.
