For What They Will Never Have Poem by David Harris

For What They Will Never Have

Rating: 5.0

Tongues may put us under
for crimes we did not commit.
The words normally come
from those who are jealous
at what they cannot achieve,
and for what they will never have.

Just a few words but such an impact! This is so true, in every aspect of life. A thought-provoking poem, well written, David. Love, Fran xxx

Jealousy has to be a terrible thing to live with, , , , how could one ever be happy who is never happy for another...it's the old 'me me me' thing and being jealous as you said will not change what they do not have. Well put David.......love, marci.xo
