For You
Does my poem reach your heart?
I don't know the answer,
But I surely write for this,
You are my joy,
You are my sorrow,
You are my success,
You are my failure,
Indeed you are everything for me.
Whenever I write a rhyme,
I confidently feel in my calm and clean soul that
I delineate every word in it for you and only for you,
Then my heart dances in pure joy
And I believe myself a successful poet.
Nice poetic expression. A good poem should appeal to to the reader as much as it does to its writer.
