For you my ink will never dry up,
I proclaim so with high spirit and energy,
You are the great freedom fighters of the fertile countries
And you have glorified your own nations in different times.
I can easily recall my pleasant childhood days,
When I used to listen thrilling stories about your supreme devotions from my dear mum;
With my tender feelings I remained stunned and spellbound at that time.
As I grew up, I came to know more about your glory and importance from different books
And wondered with my mature feelings about your indomitable spirit and determination;
In your long and perilous journey,
You had to face many dreadful situations,
Which you overcame with unprecedented courage and stamina.
In course of time you have been immortalized in the history,
There is no doubt about it,
You have been garlanded too with beautiful roses,
But in the natural process garlands wither after some days,
You must be always kept afresh to spread the continuous flow of your sweet fragrance.
I am a little creature though,
Still I swear in my heart that
I will always try my best to depict your overwhelming class and stature with great reverence
And my ink will never dry up for this reason.
