Forget To Be Forgotten Poem by Jeri Martindale

Forget To Be Forgotten

Forget to be forgotten, there is no sense in being so hard on your self as you walk it!

Alone in your alonenes? Doesn't sound like you're alone to me. Seek in yourself the power to speak the contents of your mind, so pure raining down washing the world clean.

Not forgotten only hiding from the many gifts others have to offer, once again you walked right past them, blinded by complete darkness.

You're staring at yourself, don't you see how beautiful you truly are? Voices coming alive from somewhere in the room, excited a smile replaces your frown, realizing their words have been there all along and that you had forgotten how to feel and be alive.

Now accepting the showers and gray skies as a piece of yourself' instead of forgetting how much you're blessed as you walk along hand and hand by yourself.
