Forgiveness Poem by Jacqui Broad

Forgiveness

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes I feel like screaming,
'I am sorry! '
but I'm too afraid
there will be no-one
to hear me.
There's a song in the hallway,
which penetrates my soul,
if I come to the realization
maybe, I've lost you forever.
Oh, dear Lord, forgive me
just like I forgive
those who sin against me -
seventy times seven.
Please supply a ray of light
for the darkness in my life
and set me free...
