Four Pearls Inlaid Ornament [40- 42] Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Four Pearls Inlaid Ornament [40- 42]

40. While being born, the lives ignore the pleas to die.
While dying, the lives are heedless of the pleas to live.
If the goddess of wealth is graceful, wealth increases.
If She is graceless, your wealth is gone.

41. No wars dampen the spirits of the warriors.
If the roots are cut, the trees are lifeless.
Neithal flowers fade if water isn't supplied.
The glory of the king ruins if he has no army.

42. The aliens are those who don't have good character.
Those with good character are your close kin.
A great father is a good teacher.
You got your mother by her past good deeds.
