From My Heart Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

From My Heart

Rating: 5.0

I won't term you arrogant
But it was instant
Opinion held for you
I think views were almost true

I wanted to give
And forgive
Or reprieve
As I still believed

You had loved passionately
Reacted nice and reasonably
I still remember your nicety
Always in mood and ready

I felt so bad
And remained sad
You were never this before
I felt so much and was sore

You were unmoved
And proved
As hostile as enemy
I cried before almighty

I still believed
That you lived
With fear and pain
I was so much worried and remained

From my heart
I never thought to part
As you were precious and dear
I still cry with pain and bear

A very emotional and honest poem. You've entitled it perfectly because this piece was most definitely written from your heart.
