Ghar Ki Haryali - Poem by Bano Ali

Ghar int aur pathar ka nam nahin,
gharto aurat ki haryali hay,
jab aangan mein phool khilte hayn to,
qudrat ka paigham lekar,
farishtey aate hayn,
maine dekha hay unhein,
kabhi shahad ki makhi ke chatton mein,
kabhi titlion ki athkhelion mein,
phoolon per mandlate huey,
aurat sabz qadam nahin hoti,
wuh to ek hara bhara bagh hay,
aap ko khabar hay,
ghar ka husn keya hay,
ek khoobseerat biwi,
ek khoobsoorat ma,
ek khoobsoorat bahoo,
aur ek khoobsoorat sas,
jo apne aansuon ko
muskurahaton ke tahon mein chupakar,
apne chehre ki jhurrion mein,
izafa karti rahti hay,
wuh jeeti hay muskurati hui,
aur marti bhi hay muskurate hue,
wuh jab bhi muskurati hay,
poori kaynat muskurati hay,
gungunati hay.
Aurat to qurbanion ki ek dastan hay,
jis din yeh dastan khatm ho jaegi,
us din ghar bhi khatm ho jaen ge.
phir bache ga keya?

    aapki kavita badi pyaari hai.

Aurat to qurbanion ki ek dastan hay,
jis din yeh dastan khatm ho jaegi,
us din ghar bhi khatm ho jaen ge.
    phir bache ga keya?

    Loved reading it.
