I'm in love with a girl with brown eyes.
She's strong, smart, and independent.
She may not believe in this.
But she smiles anyway.
When she does smile I found myself lost in her beauty.
In my head I thought of many ways to say I love you because.
Yet when words left my mouth they came out some what odd.
She did not hate me for this, only found it fun.
I'm in love with a girl with brown eyes.
Had I only had the courage to say all this before.
Perhaps she would hold my hand and not yours.
