God Can Get

God can get to the deepest part of our hurt
And make His Presence known
A comforting peace in whatever circumstance
He careth for His own
I can rest in His favor
For He always knoweth best
And wait I do upon my God
For it's there where I am blessed

In that secret place
The sanctuary of my soul
I bathe in the grace He gives
Though the tempest rolls
He love for me overwhelming
He knows the path I'm on
And still...still in my heart
My Lord giveth a song

My faith is strong in Him
I know sins deliverance
And by and through the Holy Spirit
I'm steadfast in endurance
For my Shepherd gently leadeth
In paths of righteousness
Though trials and testings come my way
My God will surely bless

So thank you Heavenly Father
For the faith in which I stand
For I know whatever befalls me
I'm in the Master's hand
So I'm giving thanks in all things
According to Thy Word
Beginning with this heartfelt praise
Praise you praise You Lord!
