God Sent You Poem by Randy McClave

God Sent You

God sent you here
But, instead you went over there,
God sent you help
But, you didn't send a prayer.
God showed you a path
But, instead you took a different road,
God wanted you to see the signs
But, you ignored all that was showed.
God sent you love
But, instead you wanted lust,
God sent you a friendship
But, instead you had no trust.
God sent you truth and honesty
But, instead you wanted only lies,
God sent you a gift
But, you didn't see the gift as a prize.
God opened a door
But, you didn't want to walk in,
God sent you salvation
But, all you did was sin.
