Gone Gone.. Gone... Poem by Dislocated Heart

I saw it in his eyes... fear of losing it all...
She takes out the papers for him to sign..
once its over, they leave it all behind.

Tears, blood whatever was shed..
never to be recalled..
never to be remembered..

he walks to his truck,
She follows..
Theres one more paper she yells..
He looks bak right into her eyes..
'What Else Is There To sign! ? ' with rage he said..
She steps bak..Childsupport.. she said softly..
They go to a bank.. they sit down..
he, raging with thoughts.. of suicide and thoughts of fearful days ahead in his life..
as She, Smiles inside.. thinkin.. 'Go to hell'

I stood in the middle..

they yell and yell...
I watch it all fall apart..
Flashbak to how happy they were to the point of destruction has occur.

They been through it all..
she use to sob, now he gets in his car, tryin to hold it all inside..
only to go home and cry.
She is all happy.. new marriage might even arrive..

I stand watching it all go down..

He looks at me.. 'Get in your moms car and leave.'

I do as told..

I can feel his cries drawing a hole..
himself, digging deeper, sinking below.

Last time I saw.. him..
I never even gave my own dad a hug..

My mom with a smile..

Women... so cruel..
yet, we cant live without them.......
