Gratitude The Great Restorer - Poem by Alice Perfect

when the walls come tumbling in
and darkness seems to rule the day

when the pantry is thin
and the bad guys win today

there is something you do not see
there is much in place and well serving thee
how many things are not so bad in life?
list them and post the list on your mirror

I do have a hand for writing
a chair to rest in
plenty of water
layers of clothing
I had a decent dinner
the lights are still on
I have a car on the curb
a friend or two
I have
something to give
and am grateful for that

Plenty of water layers covering as clothing to Earth and life. Very thoughtful sharing definitely. Interesting poem shared....10 (Report) Reply

Positive thinking and positive approach towards life make it lovable and rewarding. The thought that half glass is fulled is always better than half empty glass. Enjoyed the meaningful and thought provoking poem. Thanks for sharing.10 points. (Report) Reply
