Grow Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Grow

Rating: 5.0

P-ouring rain has stopped,
A-pril fifth turns to sunny day;
U-nless the storm has gone,
L-ong cold chill won't fade
A-way.

A-nother morn has broken,
N-ew dawn now is shining;
G-ray clouds have disappeared,
E-vening shadows are drifting.
L-ight in the sky above brings beauty to the ground;
A-fter the darkness is over, haze is nowhere to be found.

T-wilight makes an exit,
A-nd dusk does the same;
N-o longer I see the mist,
G-leams come from flame.
U-p high the heaven looks
I-nto your eyes that glow;
L-ord God Almighty
I-s wanting you to
G-row.
