Guiding Into Solitude Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Guiding Into Solitude

Darkness has now descended in Phoenix, a clear ebony sky above
us while researching thoughts of the day, finding their mean-
ings and purposes beneath twinkling stars and softly lit moon.

Tranquil, soothing tribulations left over from day activities
and sacrifices, touching gently, intellect, mind and spirit
with generous portions of peace and serenity.

Guiding mind and heart into the solitude of this hot, arid
night in Phoenix, Arizona, giving vent to a tremendous amount
of poetry being written.
