Guiding Light Of An Interior Soul Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Guiding Light Of An Interior Soul

Thinking, knowing how unsettling it is when a loved one's going
through difficult medical problems in life, especially difficult
when they're in another country.

As we get older this situation looms closer, especially when its
our parents, having to drop everything, hop a plane to your own
native home.

It's disabling at times while traveling the distance to them, on
the way wondering, thinking of every possibility in order to keep
them safe while visiting.

Just knowing you're going through this experience doc, this poet's
heart is reaching out, praying for your father constantly, don't
forget to take care of yourself also in the interim.

At home your wife and children need you there for them, even
though they're older now, it's difficult to understand at times,
being head of your own family places responsibilities upon you.

So find a quiet place in your mind, settle into it for moments in
time to keep calm, be thankful, appreciating the guiding light of
your interior soul.
