Haiku: Old Nun

The bent old sister,
questions her cloistered life.
Children play beyond the gate.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Very, very vivid. It contrasts the cloistered life with children at play outside in a very moving way. I also love the contrast between the old woman and the young children. The whole Haiku sets up multiple contrasts. Loved the read, L&T
