Happy Eyes Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Happy Eyes

Rating: 5.0

L-et Tuesday twilight pass,
E-vening shadows disappear;
T-wenty-eighth December brings
T-otal joy to another
Y-ear.

M-ake Wednesday morn
A-ble to meet the dawn;
U-nderneath the blue sky,
R-ain and chill are gone.
I-t's a beautiful birthday,
L-et the red beacon rise;
L-et the light brightly shine,
O-pen your happy eyes.
