Is this the place where solace has lost its way?

Is this my nation that has been vibrated of it's unity?

Is this the law that gives justice that as one gets condemned,
so many others pay the price with their own lost lives?

Is this the realm of truth
which upon brotherhood has brought
restlessness, unpeacefulness,
when thro' the window of appreciation
every other country looks at us
with envy as we proclaim
unity in the midst of diversity
equity in truth and justice
fraternity in our faith and co-existence?

ask not what your country can do for you
ask what you can do to keep peace at the apex;

in the silence of your heart believe, feel, unite
to value and keep life in the spectrum of harmony

love is the foundation, respect is the pillar
that builds our nation's togetherness and tolerance.
