Help me, oh dear world, I plead
For I feel lost, alone, and in need
Of a guiding light to lead me right
Through the darkest of this frightful night
The weight of the world is on my chest
And my soul aches, weary and distressed
I search for hope, for a way to cope
But my mind and heart can't seem to elope
From this endless cycle of despair
That seems to grip me with its snare
I cry out loud, but no one hears
My silent pleas, my unheard fears
So please, I beg of you, extend your hand
And help me rise, help me stand
Guide me to a place of peace
Where my pain and sorrow finally cease
For in this moment, I am but a shell
A lost and lonely soul, in desperate hell
But with your help, I can break free
And find the light that sets me free.
