Her Poem by Terry Hicks

Her

Rating: 4.3

Here he sits wanting to cry
Instead grabs his phone and only sighs
He wants to call and hear her voice
She can't now and he has no choice
He loves her so
But he never let it show
She's far away
He just prays they stay
He feels her slipping
She use to say your tripping
He would say just falling more
But now there is only shut doors
He wants her
He needs her
But he doesn't deserve her
She's with another
She's now a mother
He still loves her so
But now can't let it show
But he'll never let go
