Her Memory Lingers Poem by Shaun Cronick

Her Memory Lingers

Rating: 5.0

When alone I often ponder,
Of a lover way out yonder.
Never seen for many years,
Never can I cease my tears.

Every day her memory lingers,
Entwined bodies, entwined fingers.
Calling me then fades away,
Two souls reunited another day.

Thank you for your kind comment Rose Marie and I will raise my game tonight and view and comment on all your new poems. It's morning here in Cardiff and my museum job awaits its demanding and drains me sometimes. But I promise to find time to view them Rose Marie. And if not too zonked type in part 2 of Pandora's Jar. I thank you again Rose Marie. Your tired friend Shaun.
