Her Smile Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Her Smile

Rating: 5.0

With lips, soft and brown
The thought of kissing her renders me helpless.
Stung by Cupid's arrow
Her eyes shine as the brightest star
A light illuminating it's way through darkness.
I love the way she smiles
The sun sulks behind the clouds.
Waiting for a chance to be seen again
Supple to the submissive nature of hearts.
The moments lapse into hours
And still no sign of the sun
