Here There Near Fear

I would rather be here than there.
If I'm there they are near.
They are who and what I fear.
So when I'm here I don't fear.
But when I'm there I'd rather be here.
So, no fear when I'm here.
Only when I am there and they are near.
Is what I do fear but not here.
But if they are here and near.
I'd rather be there not here near fear.
