Hide It - Poem by Edward Allan

The fake you, is my favourite you
the happy mask, and the dirt sexy mind you have
take it easy, everything is in your stride
no worries, you seem to have nothing to hide
but you do, but you hide
every feeling you own burried deep inside
hide it! hide it! hide it!
kind and considerate, keepin' 'em happy
telling white lies, not looking into eyes, no one does realize that your faking, hiding, thinking you want to leave
hide it! hide it! hide it!
sparing feelings, so you hide
every feeling you own deep insidE
