The trees are standing tall at a distance
Are making efforts to reach the sky
They sway, bend, and stretch themselves
To pierce through the clouds
The bizarre weather pulls them down
The night flower has a wish
To watch the sun as it rises shedding its glow
To get its warmth and feel the love
Of its tender touch
Wrapping its petals it goes to sleep at dawn
The wind plays flute over the meadows
Sending waves across bed of ripe crops
Dancing along with ripples of the running water
The soothing sound goes up, falls low
Inside the deep grove it gets lost
Never to rise on the other side
Winding its way through the silence
The dream comes stealthily to the mind
Sometimes it weaves stories of love
Sometimes it chases you to the edge of a cliff
As hours march on muscles feel relaxed
Dream vanishes like a wisp of smoke
