Hindsight, Insight And Vision Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Hindsight, Insight And Vision

Without hindsight, insight and vision,
A progress wished to want to have...
Could lead to a predicament.
For those who perceive of a unity,
With others.
As a social gathering to discuss,
A past no one is willing to give up.
But...
Keeping it more debated.
Without taking steps to move forward.
Leaving changes needed to be claimed,
Remaining unchanged.
Because of indecision or a plan,
Prepared to implement or agree upon.
About what it is they should do.
Or what the future holds,
If the effort is made to later discover...
To be in another direction,
They did not intend to take.
As arguments between them escalate.
Blaming to accuse,
Each other of wasting valuable time.
Disregarding the value,
Of the time they've already used.
