whether you believe
times have changed
or people don't
it's all the same
in a subtle way
but still i won't
just walk away
whether you know
people have changed
or history won't
it's all the same
in a shrouded way
and still i can't
just walk away
whether you care
minds have changed
or feelings don't
it's not the same
if memories fade
so i don't want
to walk away

I liked the way you made use of repeated verse with minor alterations. I don't usually like that in poetry, but I liked this one. Good job, keep it up!
