In the pell-mell of this busy life
I need a minute to remember
About those lives that are lost
In chemical warfare and bomber
How painful it is to live a life under
The burning clouds of gun powder
With cries of helpless women and
Children getting harsher and louder
Sometimes I think if we can ever
Make this world for a better place
With love and affection for each other
Instead of throwing life into a mess
I wish my days should not start
Seeing bodies in hunger and pain
For the pleasure of a few rich and
Powerful helpless poor are being slain
Hope there will be a new dawn
Going to break upon my dear land
Peace and love will win the hearts
Hate and crime will lose their trend
Thank you for expressing these thoughts, Tiku. They are very true. It's absolutely shocking the cruelty that continues day after day. Yes, a new dawn is what we need. And I do believe it is not far away, but not of human making.

WE all hope that your wise comes true as we all hope for a better day, you expressed it wonderfully here.
We are going through a very bad phase with violence and bloodshed everywhere. Hope we will see a world of peace soon. Thanks a lot.
