Hoping For The Best, A Poet's Journey
Possessed,
By this desire,
To write the best,
The most profound,
I can,
My feelings,
Thru most words,
I sound.
The quest,
To touch the sky
Or at least, try
The unknown heavens
Poetically, mystify,
Where perfection lies
And rose colored dreams,
Abound.
The Stars,
Lights without sound,
The Soul,
Lifting us up
From the ground
Love,
The summit of every life,
When found.
Wow! This is just outstanding! ! ! This poem is a masterpiece Sandra, every word echos your feelings in absolute perfection! This is right up there with lonely moon and now in my favorites list! Great job! !
