I am patient my dear as you leave
for work in the far off country
I patiently wait and take care of myself
days seems to be months and months
seem to be years but the strong
passion in me keeps on holding me
close to your heart my dear
i am patient
Your work seems to be complicated
and risky I always feel it is a
jealous profession which keeps you
only to itself i keep praying that
you accomplish the soonest possible
but it keeps on getting complicated
and keeps you longer and longer but my dear
I am patient
I cannot give up for my love for you
will not allow it i will keep holding
on no matter how long it takes I will
keep praying to God to keep binding our
hearts together but remember my dear
I am patient
I keep imagining that my dear will run home
at least one night to warm me up this cry
of our first baby keeps haunting me every
night i keep imagining it will be a baby girl
i don't want to get used to it because i want
it to be a reality my dear think about it but
I am patient
Wow! What a patient woman fill with love for her husband even when he's not always there for her, hmmmm, I love this poem, becaused it taught me that patience is act for great people. Thank you charity, this is wonderful...
An impressive description of emotions and love of a lonely wife whose husband is away to work and feed and maintain his family.
Patience, which is an integral part of real love is aptly captured in the piece. Beautiful depiction of a mighty spiritual experience that is love, elegantly brought forth from the heart with conviction. Thanks for sharing Charity.

Indeed, patience brings many rewards. This is a magnificent poem. A 10.
If there are few words left to be written, and few things to be said, I will gear them towards God, love and kids. I see much in this poem. Love truly is patient. Love it, and God bless you
