I'm Worried About You - Poem by Michael P. McParland

I'm worried about you my dear.
How are you and are you okay?
I fear you're so sad and coming apart
just like me.
I can't stand to see you hurting
or feeling so low and down.
You are a beautiful Queen
who means everything to me.
I love you dear and I'm worried about you.
Please let me know how you're doing
while I take your hand and hold you
close to me stroking your hair
and saying it's okay because I'm with you.

I love you dear with all my heart
and I'm going out of my mind in concern for you.
I want to be right there to protect my one,
fight and defend my precious one.
I need to know you're okay and be your man.
I want to be the one you turn to
forever no matter what.
I want to be your hero through thick and thin.
I love you Kira and I'm so worried it's true.
I'd give my whole life just for you.

I'm worried dear and it's killing me
because my heart needs to know you're well
or if there's something I can help you with.
My sweet precious Kira I am always here for you,
just trust me because my heart and life are yours.
I love you and need you in my arms.
I worry because I care about you
in the greatest way there can ever be.
You are my Angel and only love.
I'm worried Kira because I can't
live without my one right here and doing well.
You're my everything and I can't take
not knowing what's up with you
or being here not seeing and holding you.
