I Weep For Paris Poem by Godfrey Morris

I Weep For Paris

Rating: 5.0

City of love I feel you pain
City of peace I share your disdain.

Today I weep for Paris
Today I weep for the innocence
Mankind has morphed into
wild beast all reason lost.

May time grant us peace
May time grant us liberation
From tormented souls.

I weep for Paris
I weep for humanity

Every sensible human world over shares similar sentiments and condemns the most heinous crime committed against humanity.
