I Who Could Not Measure With Your Heights! Poem by Mihaela Pirjol

I Who Could Not Measure With Your Heights!

Rating: 5.0

I who could not measure with your heights,
I who was not one of your kind;
I whom you've met—six years—too late? !
The one who loves you until death!

I whose thoughts are only about you,
I who persists in love, and you are cruel;
I who loves you more in jealousy:
The one to whom you are treasury!

I whom you despise, and yet I am great,
I who deeply in scorn you humiliate;
I who for so many years wept in silence:
The one whose love for you is timeless!

I to whom you inform your future-plans,
I who alone in mind makes plans with you;
I who feels you moving on:
The one in love, still holding on!

I who lives only because of you,
I who only wants to hear of you;
I whose only wish before I die:
You! —to see just one more time!
