If I Can
If I could bring
Tuesday,20th May 2019
If I could bring
I will certainly sing
to bring happiness
and shine on the face
what else am I supposed to?
as a human being to pass through
and prove the honesty
to the self and an almighty
at least, I won't resort to
the hatred and disregard love
give prominence to greed
and not heed to the advice of elders
If others are sufferers
I may too face it later
the same days don't stay forever
I know it but really don't fear
My day begins with the prayer
and I sincerely ask an apology
that nothing wrong should be caused to anybody
and I seek the guidance to repeat it daily
