If I had only known...
The pain you were bearing
Before I met you
I would have helped you
To get it over...
The griefs that you were carrying
On your shoulders
Without anybody to help you
I would have been by your side
At all time...
If I had only known
All the broken hearts
You had survived
O! those broken hearts!
I would had tried to mend them
Not with needle and thread
But with the passionate love
I have to offer you...
If I had only known
Today on my birthday!
I think and drink on you
Love, temple of my broken heart...
It is too little, too late
