If together we were..

We could love, we could fight,
We could try to make things right.
When I were wrong, you could keep hold
I could care for you, as we grow old.
Holding our hands we could go on a long walk,
We could cry, we could laugh, for hours we could talk.
We could behave like kids sometimes,
I could write you few beautiful rhymes.
if together we were......

you were my inspiration, I were your guide
I could win any battle, if you stood my side.
I didn't see back, you let me go,
you'd call me, I always thought so.
Times have passed, life stood still,
Now there is no way, neither is a will.
