Illness Does Not Allow To Work
Illness breaks mental strength,
Illness also breaks physical strength,
Suffering takes us back and we feel sad,
We need to have good health in life.
Having healthy diet we can have health,
Beauty of life is dignified by trust,
Purity does not allow negative traits,
Good health gives goodness in work.
If a person plans to work rapidly,
Still his bad health does not allow to work,
He feels dizziness and sometimes cries in pain,
Illness provokes thought, he needs recovery.
Spiritual wisdom gives him strength,
Physically ill person does not lose patience,
Remaining in trust in God and spiritual path,
He tries to remain in good health in alert.

Very thought provoking, Kumarmani. Yes, work is important and remains a goal. But that illness does remind- -rest may be more essential. Terrific poem.
