Imminence Poem by Sanjukta Nag

Imminence

Rating: 5.0

What is so hollow in the origin of nonexistence
That keeps extracting plasmas from my bones
And spreading my atoms out over the galaxy!

I'm now afraid to be lost again in stardust O Lord,
Shelter me inside the cozy home of Your arms
Before the burden of mortality falls upon us.
