Imprisoned And Blinded By Bling Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Imprisoned And Blinded By Bling

Overcomed.
And running from,
A cycled crisis sighed.
Caught up in it and despised.

Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
Enslaved.
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
To stay.
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
Okayed.

Struggling in debts knee deep.
They groan.
Struggling in debts and weak.
They moan.
Struggling in debts they weep.
And,
Pray each day to find relief.

Overcomed.
And running from,
A cycled crisis sighed.
Now wished they had not bought to buy.

They have been...
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
They've been,
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
And...
Overcomed.
Running from,
A cycled crisis sighed.

Struggling in debts knee deep.
They groan.
Struggling in debts they weep.
And moan.
With a hope to be freed from their grief.
But,
They have been without it ending...
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
They've been,
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
They've been,
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
Imprisoned and blinded by bling.
And, left addicted.
Convicted!
