In My Heart's Graveyard
In the depths of my heart's graveyard
lies a collection of emotions so scarred
each one has attached memory, a story to tell
of life's beautiful, a never-ending carousel.
Some graves are adorned with flowers of joy
while others lie barren with pain and treachery
some are underneath the layers of dust and dirt
and some lie buried secrets and dreams so inert.
But as I wander through this heart's cemetery
I am struck by a moment of clarity
these emotions though buried and gone
have shaped me into who I have become.
My heart's graveyard is a reflection of my grace
It has strengthened my soul
though it may seem like a melancholy place,
now in this graveyard, I find my peace
my emotions may die and fade away
my spirit will continue to thrive, day by day.
p2 for endurance future success, betrayal treachery which sows lessons caution beware wisdom, pain loss which can teach suffering empathy humanity, may motivate strengthen a soul
p3 to strive to serve community with ability, past experiences memories joy sadness loss sow our hearts graveyard, cultivating a carousal sacred past
p4 may provide clarity to walk a better present, live a life honest humble nurture dreams hopes, in friends family chance souls
p5 we encounter who share belief, that a better world a better tomorrow may ripple spread from a single beautiful life
