In a maze of thumping rhythms
Sounding away freedom tunes
Setting oppressed souls free
In the galloping sounds of drums
Knitted into a smooth flow of positive thoughts

Like a cascade of massive waters
Morphing into a warm bed of love and peace
Love shining bright and sunny on a new day
Oh, music so soothing: Oh! Music so medicinal
Get into the groove and be released!

Wipe away your tears
No more weeping
No more lyrical blues
Hop onto the freedom train
And join in the freedom jamboree!
