In the war
Behind the gun is a man
Not a robot
But a human being!
Somebody shoot somebody
Somebody get shot
Out on the bloody battlefield
Weather
Cold or hot
In the war
Behind the gun is a man
Not a robot
But a human being!
Somebody who feels something
Got a heart
Got a mind
Just don't want to be
Doing all this killing
All the time!
In the war

Is a man not a robot
But a living breathing
Human being!
