And unless you know yourself
you cannot know others

And unless you take care of yourself
You cannot take care of others

The balance shifts a lot for some, unfortunately
they know only about themselves

They only take care of themselves
and the world goes to hell

Altruism not capitalism for them
they even capitalizs the lives of others.

Your conscience is what you are.
