i know You are here with me
i know You hold my hand
i know you are whispering to me
child, I am here, together we will stand

but Lord, i get so tired sometimes
and my body loses all control
no one except You understands
the reasons why this to be so

tears fill my eyes sometimes
some say it is because of fear
but mostly because each time
i feel You calling me to yield

only You can answer this prayer
and many times i know You have
but Lord, i feel Your love
but this message must get out

Lord i want to see my family
i want to see Your next sunrise
i want to not leave this world
without telling my loved ones good-bye.

this i write to not bring on a scare
because Lord, i know You are here
but
this goes to the ones who i leave
who was not able to say good bye
thank you for understanding
and most of all for your love.
